From the start Brad did an excellent job of explaining the process, flooring types, providing samples to take home, and the cost and timing of the complete project. Logan was a great help at the store pulling samples pointing out variations.The flooring installers were very professional and respectful when moving our furniture and cleaning along the way as well as after completion. Spent so much time looking for someone to do my floors and I’m so happy I went with them! I cant recommend them enough! William came out and did a consult with me and understood what I wanted for my house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all and every question I had & kept me up to date through the whole process. Diego and his crew was great! Very careful when moving your furniture around and great attention to detail. Diego was also very helpful when we had to figure out a stain color for our stairs. The job was done within the time frame they had estimated for us. Price is competitive with other companies but def affordable, more so than some. I would recommend them! Also showroom was in a convenient location to stop by and look at floors

We highly recommend Robinson Floors! We recently replaced flooring in the bedrooms and living room and love the results. We were impressed with the quality of materials, vast selection of materials, the customer service, and the quality of install. We worked with Julio throughout the process, and Numberto and crew did a great job on install. Plus, the remaining staff at the office were easily accessible to answer questions. We made some last-minute changes after the work started and they were able to easily pivot and accommodate all requests.

I replaced my entire downstairs flooring with Robinson tile. Working with Will was a total delight. The entire process was seamless and best of all the quality and look of my new lamenate floor and tile in my bathroom look modern and have brought new life to the house. The team that worked were very nice and efficient. Keeping me in the loop when important decisions needed to be made such as how to orient the bathroom tiles. The entire job was completed on time in 3 days, meaning my household had minimal disruption. I will definitely be coming back when it's time to move on to the upstairs.

I had foundation issues and needed to have piers installed inside my house. Holes had to be dug in my hallways. My existing floors needed to be removed. William and his team came in and removed the flooring for the foundation work. Afterward they installed new flooring to match my existing floors. I also had them take out the carpet in the bedrooms and install hand scraped hard wood to match my existing floors. The team was professional, hard working and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Robinson Flooring!! Love my new floors!!

We have used Robinson Floors twice with excellent results and an extremely satisfying experience. The first time we did not know very much about hardwoods. William and Andy took the time to understand our needs and explain the different wood species, the different types of flooring and the process. We went with engineered hickory hardwood the first time two years ago. They were always available to answer our questions about maintenance and made sure we were happy with our investment. This past year, we had a slab leak under the floor. It was heartbreaking to find out we had to replace all the hardwoods on the first floor. Andy was an outstanding resource to our insurance adjuster and persuaded them to approve natural hickory hardwood with staining to match the upstairs. This was because we could no longer get the exact product. Everything turned out wonderful and we got an upgraded floor also! We had a great experience with both crews. This time we had Diego as our crew foreman. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us everyday as we had to move out of the house, furniture and everything. You can see it was a perfect match to the sample we approved before starting. He took great care of cleaning and locking up each day. We fully trusted him. I highly recommend Anderson Floors!

Robinson Flooring did a fantastic job replacing our carpet with premium vinyl flooring. Our original plan was to get engineered wood, but working with Andy and Brad, we realized that premium vinyl would be a better option for us. We took our time to make our selection and never once were we rushed. The crew headed by Ramos did a great job and finished their work on time. I did need a couple of changes after the work was completed and Ramos came back to make those changes. The crew also was very good about cleaning up after the work was done. I love my new floors!! I highly recommend this business for your flooring needs.

They were Fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Robinson Floors. I stopped by their store off Ohio and explained my situation to Logan B. Very knowledgeable young man and very easy to talk to. Made an appointment, paid and went home to start moving my stuff. Logan called with option for a day earlier. Of course I was excited to take it. The crew showed up on time about 9:30 am and I couldn’t believe it when they were wrapping up right after Noon. This involved laying wood floors that have to be glued. Can’t say enough good things about this crew. The entire crew were polite and got right to work as soon as they arrived. 2 of them went straight to the attic to get the wood down and the other worker started pulling up the carpet. Also moved some empty shelves out of the room and back. They are a well trained team. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this business. Photo is after they finished installing the wood floor.

Robinson Floors LLC did an excellent job. The managed expectations from start to finish, there were no surprises and Brad (our contact) was very helpful. We had carpet and LVP in the house and we replaced it with White European Oak. (See pictures below). In addition, we worked with Robinson to get the baseboards done and they had great folks come out and put in a ~4inch baseboard around. In terms of pricing, we thought it was fair. They took their time, and made sure we were happy (That doesn’t come with the lowest cost provider).
